About

Lizabeth Baker Wade
Labor & Delivery R.N.
Labor & Birth Educator
Birthing Consultant

Welcome to Birth and Beyond. During this most complicated time we in the birth education community must find ways to manage our new reality and continue to serve our clients. Therefore as of April 11th, 2020 Birth and Beyond will go virtual.

I will bring you birth education class from my home to yours with a comprehensive virtual birth education intensive or a virtual birth education crash course, Cesarean birth class or birth education refresher. I will send each student materials to print and instructions for logging on to our class. Your job will be to find a nice comfy spot (keep in mind your classmates can see you) and of course animals are welcome.

I have been a working labor and delivery nurse for 30 years (still working) and I will bring you my mixed method class from the perspective of my years on the job straight from the delivery room. Here we go.

Best,
Lizabeth (Lizzie) Wade, RN
